Bluewater in SoCal Spices Things Up with Build-your-Own Blue Ice® Bloody Mary Bars

Bluewater Grills in Newport Beach, Redondo Beach and Tustin are spicing up the weekend with new Build-Your-Own Blue Ice® Bloody Mary Bars, giving customers the chance to create their own customized version of the famous all-day cocktail from among 25 unique ingredients and hot sauces from around the world.
Starting Oct. 22-23, guests at all three restaurants can combine Bluewater Grill’s made-from-scratch Bloody Mary Mix with Blue Ice® Vodka and their choice of such toppings as garlic, jalapeno, blue cheese and pimento-stuffed olives, pickled green beans, pearl onions, asparagus, cauliflower, and hot sauces from around the world of varying degrees of spiciness.
Blue Ice® Vodka is made in America from Idaho potatoes and is gluten-free. Tomato and Clamato® juice are available as an alternative to the house Bloody Mary mix. Guests choosing Clamato juice can add a raw Cherrystone Clam for an additional dollar to make a “Bloody Caesar.”
The new bars will be open on Saturdays and Sundays from opening to 4pm, starting Oct. 22. The cost for the first drink, including choice of ingredients and hot sauces, is $7.95. Refills are just $3.
