We recently came in to your new location in Tustin and enjoyed the "Three Course Meal" for $19.95. What a deal! We love the fact you can substitute a glass of wine for Dessert. THANK YOU!

The "Dinner & a Movie" promotion at Tustin is awesome. We had a great dinner, got our tickets and pocorn and a soda for under $30 each. This is a winner.

Although the value has been an attraction, so has the oyster bar ! I was recently in the Redondo Beach location, where I have always had fun enjoying the environment and the oyster shooters, only to find out that a strategic decision was made to eliminate the Oyster bar and great staff for a remodeled sushi bar. Sorry, I have my spot for great sushi and it's not Blue Water. Looks like I have to find another spot with the atmosphere and value that BW once had.

We continue to offer all the great items we featured in our Oyster Bar on our regular menu which we will offer in our sushi bar area. The decision to move towards a sushi bar was a result of our remodeled bar area which has been a huge success. In addition, while we have always offered simple sushi and sashimi on our regular menu, we felt we could take our game up a notch by hiring a knowledgeable sushi chef and offering some more authentic "japanese" items. We are not attempting to fully convert the oyster bar area-in fact you will hardly notice a cosmetic difference except for a five foot sushi case and you can order whatever you want from the menu. Please give us a chance before you decide to go elsewhere...We fell if we never try new things we will get left behind!

"The new Bluewater Grill in Phoenix is absolutely outstanding – from its warm, inviting exterior (including its re-designed terrace), to its convivial indoor ambience, to its extraordinary menu and food preparation. Gracious, individual attention is customary from the entire staff, including the manager and head chef. Absolutely no detail is missed, from special procedures to eliminate all fish odors, to the rice side-dish blended of five rice grains specially gotten from Minnesota and mixed with shaved nuts and dried cranberries in a chilled medley not to be found elsewhere except the other Bluewater Grills in California, to the premium quality of fish and crustaceans perfectly prepared. This is the very first time I’ve been personally motivated to write a review – because I can’t resist. The Bluewater Grill is one of the finest dining experiences I’ve had in a very long time. Kudos to the new owners, Jim and Julie Ulcickas!"
