Voted Best Seafood Restaurant

For the first time, the Camelback Corridor destination known for its hyper-fresh sustainable seafood, raw shellfish bar and original chef creations was voted “Best Seafood Restaurant” in the 2014 “Best of Our Valley” competition in Arizona Foothills Magazine. The restaurant received the most votes in the seafood category among the millions of votes cast by Arizona Foothills readers and local residents in the seventh annual competition, considered the most prestigious in Phoenix.
“We are honored to be named Phoenix’s favorite seafood restaurant in our fourth year of operation – but the fact that the public decides the winners is the most gratifying part of all,” explained Jeff Martineau, Bluewater Grill Phoenix general manager. “We have a number of menu changes in store that will allow us to showcase our fresh seafood and shellfish even more in the future.”

The award is the latest proof of Bluewater Grill’s ongoing transformation into Phoenix’s leading premium seafood restaurant, combining Arizona’s freshest sustainable seafood with a growing, chef-driven menu of appetizers, small plates, entrees, signature dishes and sushi.
In May, locally trained Jamie Gallimore was named executive chef following close to two decades of culinary experience in Phoenix and Hawaii. He is responsible for expanding Bluewater Grill’s culinary vision and local customer base by developing signature new recipes and directing the restaurant’s monthly series of seafood tasting and wine-pairing events.
