We Cook Your Catch
In addition to a tradition of buying directly from commercial fisherman, and because we’re fisherman at heart, Bluewater Grill believes in helping sporting anglers enjoy their recreationally-caught fish.
Take advantage of the great fishing season in Southern California by letting our chefs clean and prepare your catch for a per-person plate charge of $13.95, which include hot sourdough bread and butter, family style side dishes and sauces and great service. Choose numerous preparation options including ceviche, sashimi, broiled, beer-battered, blackened or panko-fried.
Please bring your catch fully cleaned and drop off with at least two hours advance notice so our cooks can plan your meal and prepare fillets for cooking. Speak to a manager and coordinate your special night. Off-peak periods are preferred as we may be unable to accommodate you during peak periods. Ask a manager or meet with our chef.
