You’re invited to a Lobster Chef’s Tasting event on November 11th, featuring a two-course dinner with succulent Maine lobster. Enjoy an oven-baked Lobster Pot Pie filled with potato, red bell pepper, and onion in a creamy filling topped with a crusty pastry, paired with a glass of Joseph Drouhin Macon-Villages Chardonnay from France. First course choose from Caesar or garden salad, or a cup of housemade New England or Manhattan chowder, to enjoy with a pour of Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand.
*Temecula will be serving Marshall Stuart Chardonnay. Santa Barbara will be serving Nielson Chardonnay instead of Oyster Bay.

On the second Tuesday of every month, Bluewater Grills in Newport Beach, Redondo Beach, Temecula, Santa Barbara and Carlsbad, Calif., and Phoenix; and Bluewater Boathouse Seafood Grill in Coronado, Calif., offer a seasonally fresh fish or shellfish uniquely prepared by Bluewater chefs and hand-paired with a local or international wine, draft beer or sake. The tastings, which feature wine pairings during each course, are intended to introduce on-trend new fish varieties and preparations and regularly sell-out.
