Celebrating over 25 years
Bluewater Grill was established in Newport Beach in 1996, by partners Rick Staunton and Jim Ulcickas. We have since grown into a family of seafood restaurants, located in resort communities, committed to serving guests pristine seafood, sustainably caught, and prepared classically or with a modern twist.

Fresh Sustainable Seafood
Being fishermen at heart, we want to ensure the future availability of seafood and make responsible purchasing a core value of our operation. Our fish are purchased directly from fisherman, in season, at the peak of quality and freshness. We also do some fishing ourselves using our own swordfish harpoon boat, Pilikia.
