What's on the menu

Get started with Patatas Brava a popular tapas from Spain consisting of crispy potatoes, brava tomato sauce and garlic aioli. This course is paired with Fableist, Albarino, Central Coast – Candied ginger and Asian pear with a lemon-thyme twist and honeysuckle.

The main course is Seafood Paella Valenciana prepared with Spanish chorizo, clams, mussels, shrimp and chicken atop arborio rice with saffron, petite peas and red piquillo peppers. Includes a glass of medium-bodied Marques de Riscal, Verdejo, Rueda, Spain – aromas and flavours of yellow flowers, citrus, fennel, with mineral and pear notes.
