Bluewater Temecula and Doffo Winery

Join us for an intimate evening with Damian and Samantha Doffo as they guide you through a winter-inspired dining experience at Bluewater Grill. Enjoy a thoughtfully crafted three-course menu, each course paired with Doffo wines that highlight the flavors of the season on Thursday, January 29th starting at 5:00pm. To start, enjoy a Maryland Stlye Crab Cake with Cajun remoulade, scallion oil and microgreens and Doffo Paulina Sparkling. Next is your choice of Lemon Caesar Salad or New England or Manhattan Clam Chowder with Doffo 2024 Vermentino. The Blackened Swordfish is served with green rice, tomato oil, roasted corn and avocado relish and Doffo 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon. This three-course collaborative event is $70 person.
