Join us for our Winemaker's Tasting on Aug 27th, 2026 for a 3-course dinner in Carlsbad featuring Akash Winery.
Guests will be welcomed with live music and sparkling wine before enjoying three exclusive off-menu creations from our Executive Chef, each thoughtfully paired with Akash’s award-winning wines. Winery owner, Akash Patel, and his winemaker will share the stories and craftsmanship behind each pour, creating a truly memorable experience. Reservations required. $70/person.

Meet Akash Winery
Building character, family, and community since 2010.
It all began with a photo. If I had to pinpoint the moment Akash Winery came into being, I’d say it began with a photo of a vineyard, perched on a fireplace mantle 25 years ago. But actually our story, and the winery’s story, began long before that. In the 1970’s, my parents were forced to leave their homes during a tumultuous time in their country’s history. They settled in the United States, and over time, built a collection of boutique hotels. Theirs is a uniquely American story - creating a life for yourself from nothing, with only moxie and the support of friends and neighbors to steady you along the way.
