Bluewater Grill is celebrating Cinco De Mayo with our signature margarita, Pilikia, all day long on May 5th, 2023 for only $8! This signature cocktail is inspired by our founders, Jim Ulcickas and Rick Staunton enjoying a refreshing cocktail after a catch on Bluewater Grill’s very own harpoon fishing vessel, Pilikia.
Pilikia, which translates to trouble in Hawaiian, is led by Captain Sean Burke and spends its days fishing the waters along the California coast for swordfish. The sustainably harpooned catch is then transported to our seven destination locations and overnighted to our location in Phoenix, Arizona. It’s Bluewater Grill’s mission to serve only the freshest and most sustainable seafood this world has to offer. Being fishermen at heart, we want to ensure the future availability of seafood and make responsible seafood purchasing a core value of our operation.
