This one night event is on Tuesday, November 28th and will feature raffles, live music by guitarist Jimmy Hewitt, co-branded 2 for 1 tasting cards for all who attend and a special offer on the featured wines for guests to redeem online or at the winery. Hot Trio Sampler, 2022 Vermentino & 2022 Chardonnay
Hot trio sampler includes a Maryland Style Crabcake, an oyster Rockefeller baked with creamed spinach, melted romano, and bacon and a Seared Sea Scallop paired with your choice of 2022 Vermentino – aromas of pear and lemon zest with pink grapefruit and almond AND 2022 Chardonnay – with swirls of honeydew melon and bosc pear.
Califonia Spiny Lobster & 2020 Red Crowded
California Spiny Lobster with marble potatoes and green beans with a 2020 Red Crowded – aromas of bing cherry that gracefully develop into a rich core of Italian plum and vanilla bean along the palate.
Bread Pudding & 2022 Merrytage
Bread Pudding a la mode drizzled with Ghirardelli chocolate with a 2022 Merrytage – medium bodied, fruity, and pleasantly textured.
