Join us for our Second Tuesday Chef’s Tasting on Tuesday, May 14th featuring creamy Oysters Rockefeller and a Louisiana classic, Jambalaya! Each course is paired with wines for the occasion. This two-course tasting is only $55 (a $70 value) with seatings beginning at 5:30pm. Wine representatives will be on hand answering questions, along with our talented chefs. Start off things with a pair of Oysters Rockefeller – two oysters served with creamed spinach, melted Romano and bacon, served with a glass of Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc.

Our main course is a classic Cajun dish. Our Jambalya is packed full of andouille sausage, chicken, shrimp, tomatoes and rice with sautéed bell peppers, celery, onions, and creole spices. This course is paired with a glass of Oyster Bay Pinot Noir.

On the second Tuesday of every month, Bluewater Grills in Newport Beach, Redondo Beach, Temecula, Santa Barbara and Carlsbad, Calif., and Phoenix; and Bluewater Boathouse Seafood Grill in Coronado, Calif., offer a seasonally fresh fish or shellfish uniquely prepared by Bluewater chefs and hand-paired with a local or international wine, draft beer or sake. The tastings, which feature wine pairings during each course, are intended to introduce on-trend new fish varieties and preparations and regularly sell-out.
