To begin, dine on our Arugula & Edamame Salad with a 2015 Estate Gran Reserve Cava. For our second course, our Tuna Carpaccio is paired with an Estate Garnacha Blanca. For your entree, our famous Paella is paired with an exquisite 2014 Tempranillo Reserva.
